NEW PATIENTS: If you are new to Acupuncture Vegas, we kindly ask you to book only as a New Patient since we take extra time with you to get to know you and your concerns. If you do not see a time that works for you please call or text us at 702-527-2821 and we will do our best to accommodate you. IF YOU SCHEDULE AS A NEW PATIENT IN A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT TIME SLOT, WE WILL CALL YOU TO RESCHEDULE.

Please note, we require all new patients to input a card number to hold your appointment time. WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD until after your appointment.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we have a 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY and we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Anyone who does not show up for a scheduled appointment time without notifying us will be charged a FULL PRICE NO SHOW FEE for your missed appointment time slot. For same day cancellations due to non-emergencies it is up to the provider’s discretion and you may be charged FULL PRICE or a $25 late cancellation fee.
